All EVY Professional products are created to the highest standards and rigorously checked before being release - however if for any reason you feel your EVY Professional product isn't performing as it should be and would like to submit a warranty claim, we’ll ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit.
Once items are returned, a store credit will appear in account within 10 business days.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund or store credit once we've received and processed the returned item.
Return postage will not be paid for by EVY Professional unless the incorrect item is sent OR the item that was sent is faulty/damaged (proof will be needed)
You can give us a call on 1300 760 165 and our customer service team will guide you through a warranty claim. Please have your styler handy when you call as we will need to take some codes to validate.
